Description

We were warned of the "sinking bridge" by returning hikers on the Pelican Creek loop in Yellowstone National Park, and sure enough, there it was before us. The bridge would sink about an inch into the water when you walked on it.

Lori decided to brave it first while I took photos, probably so she could be on the other side to watch my reactions when it came my turn to cross. Not wanting to find out how far the structure would sink should I tarry on it, I wasted no time in getting to the other side.
